All applicants must have a credit score of 600 or higher and be able to produce proof of monthly income three (3) times the amount of rent. Any additional income applicant wishes to include for consideration of rental must be submitted with application. The completion and acceptance of this application creates no obligation on the part of Carriage House Realty, Inc. to approve application. A non-refundable $30.00 application fee is due when submitting application. This must be paid with a money order or cash. This application will be approved or denied by Carriage House Realty, Inc. within five (5) business days of being completed and submitted. However, Carriage House Realty, Inc. is under no obligation to notify applicant unless application is approved. If this application is approved, applicant must sign lease and pay security deposit within 24 hours. Consent to Credit Check I, the submitting applicant, authorize Carriage House Realty, Inc. to order and review my credit and criminal history and investigate the accuracy of the information contained in this application. I further authorize all banks, employers, creditors, credit card companies, references, and all other persons to provide to Carriage House Realty, Inc. all information concerning my credit.
